This is one of those rare London finds. The food is authentic and delicious, the staff are genuine and friendly, and its got a great, buzzy atmosphere. One of the best value-for-money spots I've found anywhere. I've only had the tapas, so I can't comment on the whole menu, but my favorites are the pulpo (octupus), pimientos (peppers) and the albondigas (meatballs). The house wine is simple and good and compliments the cooking style perfectly. Book ahead, especially if you have more than two people.

Authentic Spanish food

Great cheap eats in an unpretentious surrounding. The tapas here are totally authentic. The service makes me feel as if I'm back in Spain - old men waiters speaking Spanish with me. The pricing is amazingly cheap for the quality and quantity of food that you get. Wine is also priced quite reasonably.

You always have to book ahead.

Recommend trying: Pimentos de padron (watch our for the hot one), paella, albondigas and gambas al ajillo.
