I've walked past Giovanni's for some time but never looked in properly. They have a clothes shop downstairs and something in the window drew me in. Then brilliantly I discovered that they also boast a hairdressers upstairs and a beautician downstairs. I'd been wanting to treat myself to a facial for awhile and saw they offered them. I was able to have one right away and it was simply wonderful, the lovely beautician really took her time with me and made sure the type of facial suited me best as there were several to choose from. I came away feeling completely rejuvinated and refreshed, better than ever. I shall be treating myself on a much more regular basis and I couldn't recommend everyone to do the same more.

I had a New Years party to attend and needed something special done to my hair for it. I walked into Giovanni's last minute and asked if they could help me, to which they gladly obliged. They made some great suggestions and inspired me to try something different and to my delight it worked wonderfully.
I had compliments all evening! So I have made an appointment for a restyle and cannot wait to see how they transform me this time. I hope to make Giovanni's my regular hairdressers and would recommend everyone to do the same!

I have naturally curly hair and for years have monotomously straightened my hair daily but never have achieved exactly what I wanted. Especially when combatted with the elements, my hair never survived the day.
A number of friends had been to Giovanni's and had a japanese straightening treatment done and had been so happy but I had reservations that it would have the same results on my hair.
I made an appointment with their specialist and went in and I can honestly say I was thrilled. All my concerns were unfounded and every insecurity about my hair is now completely gone. I can do everything that I want to do without giving my hair a second thought and now winter no longer fills me with fear!
I'm so glad I went along and couldn't recommend them more. Although not cheap its an investment that is more than worth it. I won't go anywhere else from now on!
