Quay Amusements - Getting Worse

I've been frequenting Quay Amusements for many years.

Now under new ownership since 2004 it is slowly but surely going down hill.

The machines are very old and, due to lack of staff, customer service is abysmal and practically non existent.

A change of managers in 2009 meant machines are not getting repaired properly, if at all and it's very dirty there.

The new owners have tightened up the machines so much that they just don't pay like they used to.

Very Poor compared to the old days.

Poor ownership, poor management, poor Poole visitors!
