We have moved from Manchester now - but Ning remains one of my favourite restaurants...The peppered calamari (Thailand) and gado gado salad (Indonesia) are especially ace. If you like Manc music - Ning is just down the road from DRY 201 - the bar New Order used to own. And it is v close to all the funky going ons in the Northern Quarter.
