Not as chic as it thinks

I used to frequent this bar a lot until recently. I find it to have lost its charm, and its food was gravely disappointing. Overall this bar has gone down greatly and I feel it will only become worse unless it changes its menu, and its ethos.

It's a must visit every time I go home. By day it's a chilled bar and by night it's the place to be. The seats behind the bar are hard to bag but if you can, that's the place to be. It's going to take somethign to beat this bar as my favourite in the Pool

Ridiculously-Ridiculously cool...

Firstly its a converted catholic church and has kept a lot of it original look, like a lot of stain glass windows and a lot of the original really ornate decor.

A tad strange for me to get used to having a drink on the altar, but maybe thats perhaps cos im bit conservative, but by far the best looking bar I have ever been to.

Also its a place where all of the footy legends hang out... Stevie G and the boys apparently frequent it, spending their dosh on crazy designer cocktails entertaining their beautiful fillys.

They are defintely the finest looking girls Liverpool has to offer.

It can also fit a gazillion people and still feel pretty small.

I have been told that it's been voted one of the best bars in the world.. and would agree.

So I would definitely recommend cruising through if you are in the hood.

Cool place by day and cooler by night. Not tried the restaurant but usually due to it being full of Liverpool players so you can't get in!
