Too posh to cut

I am a proud owner of long heavy locks that come with 2 main issues. The grow too fast, and they have a color I dislike.
So, I am a frequent visitor to the hairdressers. This weekend i decided i had to do something about my locks and as my usual stylist (yeah!) was busy, I decided to give a go to this posh looking place.
And man, posh it was! At extraordinary prices the do offer complimentary coffee and wine, but honestly, I am there for my hair. I want minimum chitchat and maximum result. So, when i hear comments such as "Well, I told you i am going to cut it next to your "jawline", and thats where I cut it" as response to me wanting my fringe to be a couple of cm shorter, I get angry.
At a rate of about £100 per hour that their service comes to, I surely expect to get all the cm i want cut, and not to apologize for my "silly" requests.
I am honestly the most polite person when it comes to dealing with places where people's services are involved, but sometimes this really backfires.
I think they did not expect what happened afterwards, from a peaceful and polite looking me...
I think the job was done fine at the end, but this is not my idea of a good service in any way.
