I used to live around the corner from dear old Nancy Lam's and oh how I miss it! Not only is Nancy herself just delightful, but her daughters that waitress must be some of the kindest people I know! As for the food, well it's simply incredible! Nancy has a few curries made with her famous secret sauce and the prawn curry is the best I have ever tasted! It's an absolute must for locals and everyone else that has to take a few hundred modes of transport to get there! Hmm not sure I miss that about London!
