Excellent product and service - We purchased a kitchen from Grove in 2006 and we were very impressed with the quality of the kitchen, and both the pre-sales and after-sales service. Very friendly and efficient staff. Due to a burst pipe in the loft we need to replace our kitchen and we are having a Grove kitchen again (pretty much the same kitchen as the original). I shall be very surprised if the service is anything but excellent. So far all is going well but will review again if there is a downturn, but don't hold your breath.
One can only conjecture that the poor reviews are from other kitchen suppliers or from very hard to please customers!!

What a pleasure...... - I am delighted with my new kitchen, a quality product. From the first visit to the showroom, planning through to fitting,staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The fitter was a delight,good humoured and extremely professional in his manner. When I needed to re-arrange our fitting date, they were extremely accommodating. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

Don't go near ! - I should have known that when they asked for the cash up front there would be problems. Once they have your money you no longer seem important to them.
Project management pretty much non-existent.
Not recommended at all. I can't stress that enough.

Bad attitude - We looked at kitchens here and the guy became very snobbish when we mentioned we wanted to save money by not having solid wooden doors on cabinets. He then started trying to put us off by saying his kitchens were more expensive than most places, and implying we probably couldn't afford it.
We walked away.
