Patience with patients

I visited this optician on the recommendation of a neighbour. How right she was. It's a pleasure to have an eye test done at this practice. The previous commenter hit the nail on the head.

The receptionists are also very pleasant and helpful.

I have been a customer of JP for many years as has my daughter since she was a little girl and my god has JP had the patience of an angel regarding her! Have to say his customer service is great and so professional and thorough. I really would find it hard to find the same level of this service anywhere else which is why I will continue to stay with JP even though I am moving to Fife!
