AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never use MB Estates. I left one of their properties 3 months ago and still can't get them to return my deposit or even answer my phone calls. The property that I rented wasn't in great condition and had DANGEROUS electrical faults.
They do the bare minimum as landlords and they try to steal your money. I've heard this from other people who rented flats in the same building, so I know its not just me having these problems. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Although the place was very nice, I have heard some awful things about MB estates, the fact that almost all of their properties breach Construction safety, "Renovated by cowboys" was a term used. Also a friend of mine whos tenacy just expired has said that the landlord will not return his deposit, and is blanking his calls.
I feel it is my duty to tell you all this as it is all so easy to fall victim to a dodgy landlord, and their are plenty of landlords who do everything by the book which leads to happy living!
