We used Fresh recruits to employ four new people, a very good sales person came round and promised us the service Fresh Recruit offer in interviewing potential staff before they arrive at the company.

They said they vet the people and only pass on the best candidets.

Once you sign the contract things change! They only want you to take a person not a good member for your team. We did not take on the staff within a month (after a two week traing program) as they were just not capable.

We notified Fresh Recruits who just said we do not care and we want the MONEY. We spoke to the owner who was rude and arragant (not like the sales person) Be awear they are not interested in a long term relationship with you or the company you work for. BE VERY AWARE they are crooks.

Use a professional company who may support you.

Fresh Recruits has a very friendly staff (at first)but the problem is they never seem to have anything for you. There always seems to be a problem with something or a catch for everything. They do not explain their policy very well and your always getting a different story from a different staff member. I was made to feel like I was an inconvience for them and they were not very friendly in the end (condesending infact). I suggest not to waste your time or the effort to register with them, go to a larger or more established recruitment company that KNOWS its policy and how to REALLY treat Clients and those they find employment. I feel thats the only way to make sure you get a job and the service you deserve!!!!
