3 Words... DON'T DO IT!

Generally, I don't comment on this sort of thing but, as I decided on this company based on the 1st review, I felt is was my duty to disagree... Strongly.
1st contact with a very nice man called Tanga (sp) all went well. 2nd contact I spoke with a lady who can only be described as drunk (I was on a mobile, from France) who kept me on the phone for about 8 minutes, verifying my details over and over again. Then, when I called back from Heathrow, I spoke to another guy who had NO RECORD of my booking. He then said he'd charge us more than we were originally quoted for a people carrier and said that the price I had would never have been agreed. He said he'd send one and it would be on time. 35 mins after the pick up time a small car turned up (we've been skiing and have a snowboard bag and 4 people). UNBELIEVABLE! 1 in the front, 1 on the left hand side of the back, snowboard bag in the middle and 2 ADULTS on the other back single seat!!!! 2!!! A 50 minute airport ride! I ask you.
These people cannot conduct their business properly and should be avoided like the plague. There are loads of taxis in Wimbledon, do yourself a favour and use them. This firm is below contempt and I have told them as much over the phone. I will also be visiting them to have a chat with their manager as they are, unfortunately for him, very near where I live.
