My flat looks great!

My flat looks great, I got the new floor down at the end of last week then got the new fridge freezer etc in, spent the weekend there and had it all ready for my new tenants moving in on Monday.

My ceiling now looks 100% better than it did before the flood.

I am absolutely delighted with the job you did and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future for any works I require.

Property Repair were a delight...

Property Repair were a delight to deal with. Professional and genuinely friendly - which is an underestimated quality in a trade where you put your faith in the experience and know how of the contractor.

When I needed a quick and very flexible approach to a kitchen expansion Property Repair reacted both with speed and also understanding that we could not close the kitchen during trading hours. They scheduled the work in a logical sequence, suggesting aspects that could be carried out away from site and were then installed after the kitchen closed each day - with minimum impact to trading times.

The work was carried out on time and on budget and after each session the kitchen space was left in a clean and workable condition ready for the next morning.

I'll definitely be using Property Repair again this autumn for the next phase of the expansion project.

Overcharged me

This company came in with the lowest estimate. I rather stupidly picked them on price.

When they had finished I was presented with the bill. They eventually settled for less when I showed them all the quotes I had. They settled for the price of the highest quote.

I;ve been badly done.

If I look at the review below this one I can see that it is obvious that they put it there themselves.

I'm an OAP and totally disgusted with this company

This is a Review of Property Repair Limited. They are an Edinburgh Company offering an All Trades Service to Insurance Policy Holders & Private Clients, etc.

I have just had them working in our 3 bedroom flat in St Clair Street after Major Water Damage from a Central Heating Pipe (Tenants did not make me aware of the leak until mould was 1m high up the wall - but that's another story). Due to the extent of the flood, the whole flat had to be renovated, floor, walls, the lot.

Property Repair should give themselves a pat on the back due to their teams being absolutely brilliant. Not a day went by when Karen in the Office or Peter the Contracts Manager didn't call me to update me. And that made such a difference. The whole process was easy and I goit a brand new flat out of it. Everyones a winner... well except for the rougue tenants who, lets just say, don't live there anymore.
