Thanks to these guys I got into my flat 15 minutes after locking myself out and my two 4 year old girls in. They have a priority service for these types of incidents (apparantley quite common) and thanks to a guy called Paul who opened the door. I said I would say thanks and this is one way to do it. Great guys
