You'll recall a few weeks back we announced our newest feature, Collections. They allow you to create and share lists of places, and you’ve come up with some great and sometimes unexpected themes! We thought it would be good to share some highlights.
After the gruelling month of holiday parties that was December, your body may still have not completely recovered. Amy B. provided a list of her top London Spas to rejuvenate you, with the swank Mandarin Oriental topping the Collection. But then again, if your idea of relaxation is a night out watching the match with your mates, you'll instead want to take a look at Nick G.'s Best Sports Bars Collection.
Our American friends are coping with homesickness through food, as evidenced by Stephanie R.'s Collection of the best BBQ and Tex Mex to be found in the capital. Andy M., meanwhile, marvels at the longevity of Britain's drinking culture with a Collection of pubs that have been in operation since before 1776 .
Finally, the holidays tend to cause a pinch on the purse, so check out the Tipped Collection for the best free places in London.
