I've taken part in one of their events before were about 40 people all downloaded a podcast, met in central london and all pressed play on the podcast at the same time and were guided around Soho following some strange adventure. It was awesome.
They've got a warm up event tomorrow (Friday 30th May) with a bunch of site specific games at the Haywood.

They say:
THE SANDPIT AT PSYCHO BUILDINGS, HAYWARD GALLERY, FRIDAY 30th MAY A NIGHT OF LOW-TECH HIGH-FUN GAMES HOSTED BY HIDE AND SEEK
It's Sandpit 5 this Friday! This months Sandpit is super special as it is being held within the uniquely charismatic Psycho Buildings
exhibition at the Hayward Gallery.
The exhibition is an insanely wonderful place to play, featuring atmospheric constructions from artists such as Rachel Whiteread, and a secret boating lake. Events include a freeze, a chance to eavesdrop on people's private thoughts, and an absurdist school trip worksheet, plus a chance to try out the Lost Sport of Olympia, Situationist Nomic and much more.
Prepare yourselves for a night of low-tech and high-fun games extravaganza!
