There is a good lineup of 'pay what you can' concerts coming up at Wilton's Music Hall: http://www.wiltons.org.uk/productions/

If you haven't been to Wilton's, it is worth going just for the building itself, hidden down a little alley near Tower Hill. These shows can be a real bargain for great entertainment, and often feature really good people.

wow that looks pretty good - when I was living in Paris a while ago Daft Punk put on a gig and the entry fee was a toy (they donated all the toys to poor kids at xmas) - I managed to see the by paying with a lego spaceship!
