Mr Hero is a Hero!!! - Mr Hero's Dental Surgery is fantastic!! I have been going here for 4 years with my 2 children. Staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Hero is a wonderful dentist, calm, very funny and always has time to explain things fully. My children reallly enjoy visiting the surgery and my youngest son was given the most caring support when he needed a filling. The dentist who treated him could not have been more considerate. They are wonderful at this practice and even though I have moved about 10 mile away I will continue to be registered with them.

Formal complaint - This e mail should be directed to the receptionist with dark hair

I would like to put a formal complaint regarding your pre meditated disrespectful behaviour towards me.

Last year I had appointment with the dentist and I was treated with disrespect. In British society this is not an isolated case, however, once a service does that it becomes an unacceptable behaviour.

My reasons

I am claiming it was pre mediated behaviour because:
1- The women with dark hair (receptionist in my opinion extremely disrespectful woman) referred to me as ‘YOU GO IN I FORGOT YOUR NAME’. This was done in front of 6-7 people.

2-When I was going to pay although I did not show any sign of surprise about the cost I was being charged, however, she said to me ‘YOU LOOK TOO SURPRISED.’. This was also a lie and pre meditated act, and was said loud in front of few people.

3-Above all when I was given appointment for 2 pm she booked someone before me, as a result I went in 6 minutes before 3 pm. This was also premeditated as she was off that day. I would have challenged for her pre mediated mistakes.

4-Also, when dentist asked me to go in I had drops of water from his hand dropping on my face. This is shameful and disrespectful too.

Overall bad a service with disrespectful people
