The Ben Uri Art Society exhibits a collection of over 800 pieces of work by Jewish artists.
Current exhibition: Forced Journeys: Artists in Exile in Britain c.1933-45
A study of artists in exile in Britain, c.1933–45, drawing on artists largely (though not exclusively) of German and Austrian descent, but with roots from across Europe and the Middle East, the exhibition comprises some 90 works, including painting, printmaking, ceramics, photography, posters, sculpture and ephemera including work by artists such as Kurt Schwitters, Jankel Adler, Hans Feibusch, and Else and Ludwig Meidner.
