french fancy - It's not massively different from the other french bistro fayre that you can find in Soho, but you have to hand it to them Cote do it in style. The restuarant has completely transformed from its previous incarnation as a so-so curry house. Light and airy the restaurant seems to have a naturally french feel to it. Now for the food... our starters of anchovy and cheese bread were very greasy, but that's only to be expected, and they were lovely. My steak was cooked exactly as I like it with just the right sized portion of frites, and my side portion of green beans were also lovely. I don't know if it was the restaurant, the wine or the company but conversation in this place flowed effortlessly. i think I'll be coming back for work lunches often.
