Very Pro - Terry was very professional, and I could see Terry really knows what he is doing, whether it be plumbing, drywall, trim, etc. I will definately have these builders back for any other jobs that come up.

Small Dry Wall Job - I was in a real bind. I was selling my home and had it all packed up and no access to a vehicle to go and buy drywall for a small repair in my basement. I called Southgate Builders and although they were very busy with much bigger jobs they helped me out and did a fantastic job. I would hire tehm again in a moment. Thanks again!

Installation of sink - We ordered a granite counter through Ikea, which was installed by my husband, but we still was looking for someone who could do the plumbing job for us. We called Southgate Builders, they came fast and did an excellent and professional job.This company was a pleasure doing business with.

Install chandelier over stairs - Just moved and I wanted some electrical upgrades done and second floor chandelier over stairs. Great team, prompt service, very very neat, booties over work shoes cleaned, sweeped and refuse removed. Friendly team-we will definitely use them again!

Painting my apartment - Before decinding on a painter, I had contacted over 12 painters in the London area. I met with several. I had finally decided onSouthgate Builders. Mark was very professional and honest with his pricing. We decided on a specific start and end date. His team completed the job within the discussed timeframe. They did a fantastic job with light installations, painting stripes and decals. I would recommend him to anyone who is asking for a painter!
