I booked a "deep clean" and was made to pay in advance. The cleaners turned up 30 minutes late. After an hour of cleaning, I got a phone call from the office asking for £90 more to complete the job, stating they wouldn't guarantee the quality of the clean without additional payment. The cleaners left the property having completed none of the promised work. The cabinets were not cleaned, there was visible dust on most of the surfaces, the windows had not been cleaned. All they seemed to do was vacuum one room and clean down the surfaces in the kitchen.

The best cleaning maid in London - I'm a workaholic. I work more than 50 hours a week and even when I'm home I'm still shut in my room, checking papers and files. It's just work all the time. Surprisingly or not, my home isn't cleaned very often. I was forced to hire a maid. I came across this contractor about a year ago and I still keep using them for my domestic cleaning.
