I wanted my rental property cleaned after the last tenants messed it all up. I hired Cleaner Kentish Town Ltd. for a speedy cleaning service. A team of cleaners arrived at the place and they did a super-fast clean up. The place looked so neat and I was so pleased with the service. The very next day my new tenants moved in and they were pleased with how clean and well-kept the house was. I thanked the team and promised to call them again in the future.

Had booked these cleaners for a deep clean of our kitchen & 2 bathrooms, 2 months in advance. On the day they rang to inform me of a 1hr delay and to make up for it would send to 4 cleaners instead of 2 to finish the work in time. However, when I arrived at the flat no cleaner arrived and the company kept saying they would arrive within the hour. This turned into a 5hr delay from the original time booked and then only 2 cleaners arrived. When I rang to ask about the other 2 they said they would send them but no extra cleaners ever turned up
After the clean which took 2hrs instead of 1hr I inspected the areas as suggested by the company in order to make sure it was to my satisfaction. There were crumbs on the surface, inside the kitchen drawers, freezer was not cleaned, and the oven was dirty (I had double checked in advance to ensure the oven was included in the clean). The company and the cleaners were both incompetent and rude and asked for more money to wipe the surface! DO NOT USE
