Always a pleasure to eat at the Akash. My friends and I have been coming here since the early 80s and the food had always been top notch. Majid is the perennial maitre d’. 09-06-22

The best kept secret of the MCC - Akash is one of our local Indian restaurants. Its tiny, seats about 30 people. But its worth booking a table for a great curry. This place is a favourite with the Middlesex County Cricket club members who flock here after a match at Lords just up the road. The food is excellent, and as a person of Asian decent I pride myself on my curry expertise. The owners are really sweet and even do a delivery service for those living close by (hooray for us). This is a must visit if you are in the neighbourhood but even worth a trip on its on. 12-12-07
