The Michelin starred Arkle Restaurant is located in the hotel, as is the more informal La Brasserie and a luxury spa. The hotel also offers business centre facilities.

Impressive if you have the cash - Expensive and known as Chester's place to stay if you like things notably upmarket. Great for a special occasion or anniversary stay away. It's AA/VisitBritain graded (5*) so you know it's of inspected and decent quality therefore does what it says on the tin.

Slap bang in the middle of Chester, there is parking but it's not part of the hotel. You can walk to the racecourse from here but it'd take you about 15-20 mins so not for the heavy-footed. 15-11-07
