LONG WAIT IF YOU BOOK APPOINTMENT - Made an appointment but because they accept walk-ins off the street I was left waiting for my appointment which was pushed back quite considerably. If you book an appointment you should take priority over people just walking in off the street on the off chance!!! Poor customer service. Not recommended, unless you want to add another half hour to your appointment time. Unprofessional. Appointments mean nothing at this nail salon. 14-12-15
