They should be closed down - I had the Yuko Chemical hair straightening done at this salon. The whole experience has left me traumatized and with half the amount of hair I started with. I have dermatitis on my scalp and tufts of hair where it has broken off near the roots and is continuing to break. While I was waiting they put long blond hair extensions on a woman with short brown hair and let her leave looking a complet idiot. When I went back to complain she said she could put more conditioner on my hair only she was showing me the neutralizing solution! They told me that the burning sensation on my head was an itch and that was the way they were shown how to do it by Yuko even though I told them I had never had it done that way. Yuko have since told me that they have never had any training by them. 17-11-09
